Expand description

The impl function a call written by its path names.

Point::origin(), Set<int>::new() and shapes::Point::origin() are such calls: path is a struct or an enum followed by the name of a function its impl block declares, and the answer is that function’s id. None leaves the path to the other lookups: a variant of the enum, a module function, a generic function.

A function declared with no parameters is the only one a path reaches. One that declares a receiver is a method, and a path call to it is reported here with the dot call it needs.
