) -> Option<usize>Expand description
The generic declaration namespace::name names, as an index into
Generics::templates.
A name written behind a module path resolves only to the declaration that
module makes, so two modules each declaring Slot<T> stay apart. A name
written on its own resolves in the scope it was written in, which holds the
file’s own declarations and the ones its bare imports merged in; when that
scope has none it falls back to the last declaration of the name anywhere
in the program, which is where a name reaches a template registered while a
body was being compiled.
